You should NEVER discuss the details of the investigation with anyone besides the complainant, the accused, HR Personnel and legal counsel involved in the case. If employees wonder and want to know what happened: Tell them to go see HR about the details. Most of those employees interested in the workplace investigation rumors simply suffer from nose trouble. It is noone's business what the outcome or result is of any workplace investigation that they WERE NOT involved in. This even includes employees that are questioned in a workplace investigation.
