Conflict Resolution Policy

Purpose

To provide a quick and effective method for an employee to present his/her concerns to management and have those concerns internally resolved.

Policy

Problems, misunderstandings and frustrations may arise in the workplace. It is the Company’s intent to be responsive to our employees and their concerns.  An employee who is confronted with a problem may use this procedure to resolve or clarify his or her concerns.

Eligibility

An employee must have successfully completed his/her introductory period to have a complaint resolve under this procedure.

Procedure

1. Step One.

a. Employees should initially direct their complaint with their immediate supervisor. If the complaint involves the employee's supervisor, the employee should schedule an appointment with that supervisor to discuss the problem that gave rise to the complaint within _____ working days of the date the incident occurred.
