Relocation Expense Agreement

THIS AGREEMENT, dated this the ________ day of ____________, 20___, by and between ___________________ (the “Company”) and ____________________________ (the “Consultant”).

In consideration of the Company’s payment of “Relocation Expenses” in the amount of _________________________($___________), paid in advance to the Consultant as a result of the Consultant’s relocation at the request of the Company, the Consultant hereby agrees that:

In the event the Consultant elects to terminate his Consulting engagement with the Company prior to the expiration of the Consultant Agreement (dated ___________), the Consultant shall repay to the Company a pro-rata share of the Relocation Expenses, which share shall be equal to 1/24 of the Relocation Expenses, multiplied by the number of months remaining in the Consulting Agreement.
