Amy Newbanks Letke is Founder & CEO of Integrity HR, a human resource consulting firm in Louisville, Kentucky. Prior to starting Integrity HR, she served as a Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Consulting Services for Thompson Associates, Inc., the largest group benefits insurance firm in Louisville, KY.Ms. Letke has also served in senior HR leadership as a Executive Vice President of Human Resources for one of Chicago area’s largest software development firms, Applied Systems.  A graduate of DePauw University and St. Ambrose University, Ms. Letke holds a Master of Business Administration Degree.

Prior to her role in software, Ms. Letke served as Consulting Services Senior Manager for the nation’s 5th largest accounting and consulting firm, RSM McGladrey.  Her responsibilities covered a broad range of human resources consulting functions including recruiting/interviewing, compensation and salary administration, employee incentive programs, legal compliance reviews, human resource department retainer, new employee orientation, job evaluation, position description composition, OSHA safety regulations, compliance, management training, and employee relations events programming.
