Mr. Satterfield has extensive experience in public and private companies in leading the identification of problems and designing solutions. He has been President, CEO, and COO of various public and private companies in dealing with insurance, reinsurance, technology, communications, and environmental issues. Under his leadership, he was instrumental in establishing underwriting guidelines, policy development, claims and pricing procedures and rating structures. Jim achieved significant growth and improved profitability in his M&A, sales and business development responsibilities.

Jim has lead in the development of national standards for pollution prevention, risk management, and environmental due diligence.
He is currently directing disaster due diligence for public companies and helping them cope with disaster denial. He is co-author of a recently published book entitled Disaster Ready People For A Disaster Ready America
