Brenda is co-owner of Connect the Dots Consulting, which specializes in developing and implementing a variety of business solutions,
including onboarding and executive coaching, facilitating team building sessions, and leadership development. Brenda’s unique combination of corporate human resources experience in a diverse set of organizations and consulting work provide clients with a consultant that understands how to build the business case for human resources initiatives and create the capacity for implementation.Clients include DSW, Inc. Cardinal Health, a Fortune 15 pharmaceutical services company, WD Partners, Chico’s FAS, a top women’s apparel specialty retailer, TJX Companies, a leading off-priced retailer, Coach, Inc., VW/Audi Automotive, NCR Corporation, Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital, Cedars Sinai Hospital, Victoria’s Secret Stores. Brenda earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Ohio State University. She has presented at several human resources association conferences, and participates in non-profit leadership development. Brenda has been interviewed and quoted in several business and HR publications on the subject of onboarding.
