Brenda is co-owner of Connect the Dots Consulting, which specializes in developing and implementing a variety of business solutions, including onboarding and executive coaching, facilitating team building sessions, and leadership development. Brenda’s unique combination of corporate human resources experience in a diverse set of organizations and consulting work provide clients with a consultant that understands how to build the business case for human resources initiatives and create the capacity for implementation.

Clients include DSW, Inc. Cardinal Health, a Fortune 15 pharmaceutical services company, WD Partners, Chico’s FAS, a top women’s apparel specialty retailer, TJX Companies, a leading off-priced retailer, Coach, Inc., VW/Audi Automotive, NCR Corporation, Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital, Cedars Sinai Hospital, Victoria’s Secret Stores.

Brenda earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Ohio State University. She has presented at several human resources association conferences, and participates in non-profit leadership development. Brenda has been interviewed and quoted in several business and HR publications on the subject of onboarding. She has continued her education by participating in executive programs (human resources curriculum) at the University of Michigan, and Ohio State University.
