Erika is co-owner of Connect the Dots Consulting, which specializes in developing and implementing a variety of business solutions, including onboarding and executive coaching, facilitating team building sessions, and leadership development. Erika has held leadership positions inside large organizations such as Riverside Methodist Hospital, part of the OhioHealth Corporation, and Bath & Body Works, a division of Limited Brands.

Clients include DSW, Inc. Cardinal Health, a Fortune 15 pharmaceutical services company, WD Partners, Chico’s FAS, a top women’s apparel specialty retailer, TJX Companies, a leading off-priced retailer, Coach, Inc., VW/Audi Automotive, NCR Corporation, Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital, Cedars Sinai Hospital, Victoria’s Secret Stores.

She earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Miami University in Ohio and has received extensive professional development in Leadership Coaching, Managing Teams, Total Quality Management, Supply Chain Development and Project Management.
