Before ClearGears, Arshad co-founded MetroNaps, a workforce fatigue-management solution that listed Google, Procter & Gamble, Cisco Systems, and Zappos.com among its clients. Arshad also co-owns Crowd Interactive, a Ruby on Rails development company based in Colima, MX. Arshad has been profiled on CNN, MSNBC, FastCompany Magazine, Businessweek for his entrepreneurial ventures. He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA from Wesleyan University.
